PARKING GARAGE 

Our nearest parking Garage is COCOWALK Garage

MON-FRI: First 2 hours $4.00 
SAT-SUN: flat rate $8.00
30 minutes or less of parking at CocoWalk garage is free

​COCOWALK Garage entrance through Virginia St, right next to us!

1. Enter Cocowalk garage through Virginia ST. entrance

2. After you take the parking ticket go UP on the ramp infront of you (on the right)

3. as soon as you start going up, PARK in any available spot on the ramp,

 (you are on the 2nd floor of the garage)

4. locate the CORNER stairway facing Virginia ST

5. walk down the stairs, our building is right next to the stairs exit on your left, less than 1 minute walk

WE DO NOT SUGGEST STROLLERS TO WALK DOWN STAIRS


COCOWALK Garage through Grand Ave, between Chase and Jaguar

1. Enter CocoWalk garage through Grand Ave

2. When you exit the garage to the street, go to the left to Virginia St

3. when you reach Virginia St make a left

Is about 3 minutes walk to our door with a stroller, please keep in mind stroller parking is outside our doors, not inside for sanitary reasons and space reasons.

STREET METER(Virginia Street meters are OPEN to the public even if construction site is blocking the street for trow traffic, don't miss the opportunity to park right by us on Virginia. Matilda maybe the next best option, with usually more spaces available by Coconut Grove Elementary, TigerTail, Grand, and Rice are other near by options.
